Day 4,5,6,7 #40daysofyou : #Rest

This is almost unheard of to me. I work myself to the point that my body just doesn't allow me to do anymore until I am well rested. I have opted to work on this stretch until such time I could manage it better. I'm ready to move on 😊🙏.

My mind, body & spirit forced me into #Rest mode, so I have been doing my best to do just that. Although, there is always something that comes up, I have realized that sometimes being selfish can actually be a selfless act.

So I am challenging myself to listen to the early signs, and to act on them. When I #Rest I heal.

My #Rest #Affirmation : I am well rested and my mind, body and spirit is well aligned.

DAY 3 #40DaysOfYou : #confidence

What is self confidence? I never truly understood what this meant. I was so easily "broken", so how could I have been confident?

Fortunately, as I grew, I realized that I was really being bent and shaped instead of being broken. My experiences were moulding me to be the best me.

For me, self confidence is nothing but self assuredness in one’s behavior, abilities, and so on.
It is the belief of believing in myself, to believe that I am able to accomplish what I sets out to do, to overcome obstacles and challenges.

Our perception of ourselves has an enormous impact on how others perceive us. Also, the more self confidence we have, the more likely we are to succeed.

There are certain other things that one can do to improve one’s self confidence. Like dressing properly and having a good posture. walk energetically, and holding my head high. Compliment others. By looking for the best in others, I bring out the best in myself.

Think good of others. Remember, your thoughts are radiated outwards and that is how others perceive you.

Develop an attitude of gratitude. Be grateful for all you have and thank in advance for everything you want.

I am challenging myself to exercise my mind, body and spirit regularly. To be fit and healthy. To be solution oriented.

DAY 2 #40daysofyou : #Health

It is common knowledge now that most diseases have their origin in mind. A sick mind results in a sick body. Just as we can shape our future by holding appropriate thoughts, so can we have a healthy body by having appropriate thoughts.

Having a healthy body is all about loving yourself, loving life and loving everybody with whom you interact. Sounds easy, but in the negative world that we live, loving others becomes a far off dream, even loving ourselves becomes difficult. How many of us have ever said to ourselves, "Yes, I love you?"

There are many who hate themselves because of the negative programming done on them since childhood. Some people hate themselves so much that sub consciously they try to punish themselves by overeating and becoming obese, thus becoming ugly. Healing affirmations can be of great help in such cases.

One can never be healthy if one constantly talks or thinks or worries about illness. Hence, even when you are ill, it is necessary to have positive and health focused thoughts. Every cell of our body is affected by our thoughts. Some people constantly worry about a particular illness and they worry so much that they end up having that illness. Similarly, by constantly having healthy thoughts, it is possible to have a healthy body and lead a healthy life.

Combining affirmations with is a powerful way to health. Visualize a healthy body and repeat the appropriate affirmation. Combine two or more affirmations. Say the affirmations at least a hundred times, preferably in front of a mirror. Allow yourself 5-6 months and see the difference!

DAY 1 #40daysofyou: #Wealth


I never believed that I was worthy of being wealthy. Wealthy in love, wealthy in happiness, wealthy in my spirituality, wealthy in what I do, and even wealthy in monetary value.

That was then... I now know and understand that although I come from a little, I was being prepared for alot!

I command and demand that The Universe conspires with me to be wealthy, ALL THE TIME.
